REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Because we make each bales ourselves and are confident of the quality of each bale, we do not offer Refunds or Exchanges but may on occasion give credit on the next bale purchased in exceptional circumstances. Please look carefully at the various quality grades that are listed on our about page. All bales can have items with minor imperfections, but in general we strive to ensure the clothing in our bales meets the grading and quality standards indicated.
